With the closing of 5950 E Valley Vista Lane in Paradise Valley, Joan Levinson, the first dealer in Arizona, generated record sales of $300 million in 2021, not yet completed.
The $12 million sale of the 5950 E Valley Vista Lane is the twelfth side of the MLS that Ms. Levinson closed at more than $12 million, representing 30% of home sales in Arizona history, four times the overall sales of the next highest-grossing realtor, and more So. Ultra-luxurious sales of the 5 best real estate agents of all time in Arizona history combined. It has represented both sellers and buyers in transactions of $10, $12, and $15 million more than any other real estate agent in Arizona’s history.
Ms. Levinson previously crossed $100 million in April, then crossed $200 million in annual 2021 sales in May.
“It was a very busy start to the year. It slowed down a bit over the summer, as we usually do in the Phoenix area, but it was still above average. Now it looks like the drop will be at a record pace again.” Mrs. Levinson said.

No other Arizona real estate agent represented more than 3 public entities in this lofty realm.
“I would note that these are only “public” MLS transactions,” Ms Levinson asserts, “Many luxury agents cater to the privacy needs of our clients, so not all properties are publicly listed and marketed.” I also encourage my discerning clients to buy homes within an anonymous LLC, as all of these transactions are bound to attract some interest.”
