Theory Design has announced that it is creating the interior design of a custom beachfront home by Seagate Development Group in Miromar Lakes, Florida. It will offer over 4,900 square feet of living space and will accommodate three bedrooms, five bathrooms, two and a half and a large two-car garage. The design will feature a clean coastal California concept, exterior choices, a class-style outdoor living area, and an extensive interior combined with landscaping inspired by Outside Productions’ lifestyle. This custom home will also be presented with an architectural design by RG Designs.
The exterior will debut with gray roof tiles, black railings and shutters, white body and trim, black windows and a modern black front door with clear glass openings. From the driving entrance and car park, one will access the ground floor with a basement foyer to the owner’s training studio and private bathroom suite as well as a beach patio and spiral staircase.
On the open plan main floor, one will find white interior doors, black door hardware and parquet floors. One will be able to walk straight into the large room with tongue in the coffered ceiling, island kitchen, dining area with wet bar or proceed to the second master suite, guest bedroom, guest bathrooms, two entry cabins and powder bath with floating vanity. The gourmet-style island kitchen will be equipped with a pantry, dishwashers, a 36-inch upright refrigerator, a 24-inch designer freezer and a 48-inch freestanding gas stove. The farmhouse basin will be one bowl. Hardware will include Wolf, Sub-Zero, and Cove. This will accompany the bottom freezer mounted above and below the Sub-Zero in the wet bar. The outdoor living space will debut an island kitchen with graphite-tiled, loft bar, countertop pizza oven, gas grill with vent hood, Uline refrigerator and anthracite sink. This picturesque space will be complemented by a custom pool and spa with a firepit as well as a pool with pedestal tub, sundeck, planters, and a covered terrace with artificial turf.
The second living level will begin with its study on one side of the hallway and the piano room on the other. This will be followed by a laundry room, a third plate-ready dishwasher in Uline’s Beverage Center-equipped morning bar, his walk-in closets and baths, and showers, and a master suite, giving access to a privacy deck/paved balcony with stepping stones on both sides. Her bathroom will feature a bathtub, rain shower, and white cabinetry, while her bathtub will provide a walk-in shower and dark cabinets for contrast.
Completion of this custom home is scheduled for fall 2022.
