On behalf of the good people of Ajaokuta Federal Constituency, I congratulate the Muslim Ummah on this year’s Eid Mubarak which has pleased Almighty Allah for us to be a part of.

As we celebrate this auspicious occasion, let us renew our faith and implore the Almighty Allah to restore on us those values that place high on human lives: demonstrate love to our neighbours, promote peaceful coexistence in our various communities and pray fervently for our Ajaokuta LGA and Kogi State .

I also urge Muslims to use the Eid Mubarak festival as an opportunity to imbibe the spirit of sacrifice, good neighbourliness and selfless service premised on the virtues of Islam.

Islam teaches the message of peace and tolerance, every individual should embrace oneness, flourish the love Bond and harmonious co-existence. I also pray for continual peace and tranquility in our Local Government, State and the Nation at large.
